What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping option. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We aim to ship your product within 24 hours of ordering.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Our team will then prepare your order, this can take up to 2 business days but in most cases shipped the same day.

Carrier & Delivery Estimates:

We partner with major carriers and local carriers including Zasilkovna for CZ & SK and DHL, FedEx for international orders, as well as regional freight forwarders. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. On average, most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days after shipment.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping is free and delivery times vary by location.
